Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We offer shipping options based on the destination, product type, order quantity, and shipping requirements.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been shipped.

YAYA is not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after the order has been shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at service@yayacom.com.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate solution.

However, once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the package and the products and contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photographs, videos, order information, or other documentation to assist with the investigation and claim process.

9. Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or other circumstances caused by the customer, additional shipping or reshipping costs may apply.

Any refund, replacement, or reshipping arrangement will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.
